Note that your full legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification, as these are tied to your verified identity. Deposits & Payments

paytime accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

paytime does not accept credit card deposits for gambling, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are also not accepted.

GCash deposits to paytime are processed instantly — your balance is updated in real time as soon as the transaction is confirmed by GCash. This makes GCash the preferred deposit method for most paytime players across the Philippines. If your GCash deposit does not appear within 5 minutes, please check your GCash transaction history to confirm the payment was successful, then contact paytime support with your transaction reference number.

paytime's minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya deposits. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing fees. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Players who have completed full KYC verification have higher deposit limits than unverified accounts. paytime does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside paytime's control. GCash and Maya typically do not charge fees for transfers to gaming platforms, but we recommend checking your e-wallet's current fee schedule. Bank transfers may incur interbank transfer fees depending on your bank.
Withdrawals & Payouts

To withdraw from paytime, log in to your account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
